Obviously Kristen didn't actually read the post - I haven't made my own fucking engine, that'd be stupid. What I've done is brought a load of pre-existing tech together and given it a name and a level editor. Ptsh.
Game's coming along nicely, now. Spent the week filling in the blanks - animations that didn't exist, and putting proper buttons and stuff instead of big red squares. It's looking cool.

How are you handling the animations? I've just started work on doing skeleton animations - like 3D keyframe but in 2D. I've never done it before and it's proper weird. But saves a lot of time and looks cool; I think that's how they were done in Limbo.
